My husband and I hosted a birthday party for our nephew who turned 11 and four of his friends on a Sunday, June 29, 2025. The process of getting it setup was made a breeze by Gino who worked at the mockingbird location in Dallas. He was excellent with helping me set things up over the phone. When we arrived on the day of the party, Gino was there and he greeted us and let us know he would be hosting our experience. He was so kind to my nephew and let him know it would be a great day for his birthday. He did not disappoint! He was very helpful and patient with the kids and very accommodating with the parents as well. If you are planning on attending this place, I would certainly ask for Gino and his wonderful assistance! We will be back!

We had a blast💥 It was my son’s 32birthday. Work crew are very nice. The only issue was that our weapons kept malfunctioning and not working. We love the birthday video they provided to us at the end. Wished the weapons worked better.

The staff was amazing at explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable and ready to dive into the action. For a first-time visitor, it would be beneficial to have a welcoming greeter available upon arrival to provide assistance. I had to search for an employee to help with check-in and answer questions. However, encountering several points of confusion, I repeatedly needed to seek clarification. Ultimately, an employee, Carolyn (apologies if misspelled), provided the necessary assistance and guidance to complete the process. The check-in process was a bit confusing. However, Thuan was incredibly informative and helpful with both gameplay and answering our questions. I truly appreciate the extra effort those two employees put forth to address all our questions and concerns. If I'm ever in Dallas, I would highly recommend this location. Our three teenagers thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
