I just had the most amazing experience at your Denver store, thanks to your employees. I usually spend a lot of my time at your southern store in the spring because that’s where I live, but I had the opportunity to visit the Denver location and see the extensive supplies you offer due to the larger space. It seems you're hiding some of your best employees here, along with a better selection! One employee, Quinn, took the time to go through loose paper stacks and find me materials that I didn’t even know existed for the art supplies I was looking to expand into. What really impressed me was her ability to clean up and resolve issues as we went along. Some drawers were empty or disorganized, but as she helped me look, she took care of those problems. Fantastic work! Talk about a dynamic employee! If I had employees like her, the things I could have accomplished at Housing Authority would have been phenomenal. Imagine my shock and awe when three more employees jumped in to help Quinn look up prices and pack my art supplies. They made the process easier by assisting with packing and pricing, which meant I wasn’t left waiting and was on my way quickly. What a fantastic experience!
