CONSIGNORS BEWARE I've always loved this business, I've been consigning and shopping here since they opened. I called today to pick up my remaining clothes that go to steep discount tomorrow and was told I have to pay to get them back even though if I don't pick them up they will be donated in a week. I tried to clarify and asked "when I can pick up my clothes without being charged $1-$3 per item?" and they said I can pick up 9 of my items in a week, but if they're not successful in selling my clothes and there are more than 9 items unsold I will still have to pay get my own clothes back. So basically after SO MANY years of providing them free inventory now I have to pay for the privilege of letting them consign my clothes... Unfortunately I don't think I'll be consigning here anymore and it really breaks my heart.
