I found this hidden gem after being rudely pushed off the phone by a repair shop that stated they couldn’t guarantee fixing until looking and it will take awhile …the owner here (Luis )not only troubleshooted the problem but repaired it lightening fast …very knowledgeable found he not only fix but sell as well any electric scooter , moped , electric motorcycle unicycle etc ,,,he can fix it .I am extremely thankful and appreciative of what I thought was gonna be a headache… whatever your needs he’s the one to do it and did I forget reasonable ! … thank you so very much Luis and angel… you have made a customer as long as I have anything electric to ride🛴🏍️🛵👍🏽🤩

I came in for a back tire inner tube replacement and they fixed it with no issue at all! On top of that, as I was leaving I noticed that my throttle wasn’t working properly and they completely replaced it in 15 minutes with no extra charge. Thanks a ton Luis and your awesome team!!!

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this place! These guys rock! No one wanted to help service my scooter, even for a routine brake replacement, but when I called It’s Electric, they told me to bring it right on by and had it done SAME DAY!!! Friendly and definitely informative and pricing was MUCH better than anticipated!! I have found my new repair shop and cannot give enough thanks for the relief they provided me knowing I was in good hands. Thank you It’s Electric!!!

I brought my electric scooter to Luis after getting a flat tire. His business is ONE OF THE ONLY PLACES IN CHICAGO that specializes in repairs for electric scooters/bikes/unicycles etc. If that’s not enough of a draw, he provides his customers with high-quality customer service, communication, transparency and EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES! Seriously, compared to the few other places who do this kind of work, he is by far the most reasonable. I would (and will) happily recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Luis!
