They dug into it, and really committed to figuring it out and now it’s fixed. Their service model is the real deal, and I’m really glad I bought from them. Also they’re super knowledgeable about what families with kids need/can use, so if you have kids and you’re considering putting them on a cargo bike, they really can help you narrow down the field.

My cargo bike fam recently started going to JC Lind for service on our Urban Arrow and I wish we did sooner. I appreciate that this store has regular hours rather than appointment only and that we are able to get the bike in rather easily (as long as it’s not for a full service tune up…but that’s understandable). Communication is great. Techs have been able to diagnose, describe, and fix issues in a timely manner, which is really important because we use this bike at least 15mi a day most days. They have kind of weird hours in my opinion but have been flexible with some of this timing and I love that because I live kinda far away. I was offered water after arriving on a super hot day recently, and I’ve even gotten help getting my road bike together to ride home after disassembling it to fit in the cargo box at drop off. Sweet dudes.
