Read til the end Is it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.

This review is about Freelance Head of Tech Support - Or Yanai. Or is just unbelievably good. I am worried that my review will not adequately express how positive my experience has been working with him a few times now, how patient and knowledgeable he is, how available he is, how thorough he is, and how helpful he is. I have absolutely no experiencing working on a two-stroke engine, and when I had some mechanical issues with my board, he was able to talk me through multiple attempts at getting the board up and running. He gave solid advice, was very available to support me as I tried to execute what he advised that I do, and patiently hung in there with me until my board was up and running. I took it out a few days ago for the first time in a couple of years, and it was absolutely glorious. What a blast! I am so grateful to Or and so thankful for his expertise and for who he is as a person. Five stars doesn’t do him justice.
