Can't say enough great things about this place! We frequent this place because it is on the East Bank Water Front Esplanade near the west entrance to Spring Water Corridor. Also, because they cater to the disabled community. Even though they don't charge for the first hour, we give them a donation anyway. So why only four stars? Contacting the staff can be a challenge. They do have a new person (Dan) who appears to be much more dedicated, predictable, and reliable.

Adaptive biketown is coolest thing!! Rented a taxi style bike where an able-bodied person can drive a person with a disability who is seated. Really unique experience. Had a great time. First hour is free. Helpful staff. Make a reservation in advance.

I had an awful experience at this place. Rented a tandem kayak for 2 hours, and didn’t even last 1. Terrible location, way overpriced and getting to the actual dock to get in your boat is a major hassle. Would not recommend.
