I've been coming to Mokwheel (Electric Avenue Sports) since the store opened 5 years ago in Downtown Eugene, OR and had absolute the best service from Hawk, Johnny, Elle and everyone at the shop! I've bought my electric scooter from them a couple years ago, and had great customer service from them! I love going on their group rides on Saturday nights and it's been so much fun!! I came in with my brake pads worn completely worn down as well as my kickstand, had to have my bike Ubered from where I was on the of side of the road to Mokwheel. Staff were great they helped unload the bike and fixed everything promptly! Very pleased with my experience!

Great place to buy an eBike! Bought bikes for my wife and myself (Asphalt 2.0 ST and Basalt 2.0 ST, respectively). Johnny and Brent were easy to work with (NO high pressure sales tactics!) and made sure that we ended up with not just what we wanted, but also what we needed, in terms of bikes and how they were kitted. As a brand, Mokwheel makes an outstanding product. Ebikes are not an insignificant purchase so I did a lot of research and rode a lot of bikes from many of the big players. Hands down, Mokwheel's fit and finish is at the top of the list. The riding "experience," too, is well above the other brands I tried. Controls and electronics are fairly intuitive and, most importantly, Mokwheel's "Torque + Cadence" sensor is far and away the most seamless and unobtrusive pedal assist I tried. If you're in the Portland area and in the market for an eBike you really should check these guys out. If you're farther down the valley, the stores in Eugene and Corvallis are connected with the Portland store and, I'm sure, will treat you right, too.
