Sale prices and system prices at checkout are not in sync. Sometimes not even the normal prices are not correct. Spoke with corporate office rep and she agreed and asked me to speak to one of the district mgrs as the rep has the same problems when she shops. Something could say on sale like buy 2 get 3 free and instead of being charged about $12 you are charged for all items which can reach $35 for those products, straight from the company rep. This pricing be wrong leads to the self checkout clerks being aggravated and they act mean and demean the customers. I’ve had to leave without my products and to re-shop elsewhere. The district mgr was nice on the phone but did not seem very familiar with what employees in the store she looks over. Anyway I didn’t ask for anything and she offered me a gift card and wanted my address. Received nothing and when that happened I thought it odd that she wanted my address when they credit things and fix prices online. Just wrong in general and I’m not going to get ripped off and then feel stupid asking for refund later cuz that’s how you’re looked at. A lot of people probably don’t even look at receipts. So although I’m sure they don’t care about losing me for a customer but a good manager reads reviews and does try to get the IT issues resolved if they care.

Overall pretty good. Mostly in stock on all items . However can be a pretty busy store so starts getting spotty by lunch and from dinner on can have quite a bit out of stock. People are generally nice but can be a lil snappy toward late afternoon into the evening as their days wears on.

No idea if this was an actual employee. A man by the name of “Will” who had no uniform and no name tag insisted on walking directly behind me to take my detergent upfront to the register. I told him that was weird and I would prefer he walk next to me or get ahead of me but I did not feel comfortable with him walking directly behind me. He was frustrated and refused. I asked to speak to a manager. I expressed my concerns and told them what happened. If you are shopping alone beware of this person. No woman should be put in a position to be forced to deal with an unidentified male walking right behind her just to buy detergent. Super weird!!! Also, employees seemed to know “Will” but would not answer my question when I asked if he was staff.
