Service lately at Kkokio has been a bit weird, they messed up my order twice now. I ordered Galbi with extra sauce, but that doesnt really look like galbi or extra sauce to me at all. Another incident was when i ordered 5 cheeseballs but they gave me only 3. They did fix it later on when i asked though so no hard feeling. Chicken and cheeseballs are still good though. I will come back but I will check my order more carefully next time 🥲

The staff is very welcoming and took time to answer questions and make recommendations. The dining area was very nicely decorated as well. The food was amazing. We had the 20 wings with the kalbi and honey sauces, kimchi fried rice, and spring rolls. Good size portions and everything was delicious. The wings were juicy on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. The kimchi fried rice was so good, but it has some heat on the back end.

Plenty of options on the menu, including banh mis and macarons. Fried chicken was great. Boneless ones are still juicy and flavorful, also they are big pieces. Many sauces to choose from. My favorite item is the cheese balls. They are savory and sweet and the texture is amazingly gooey, like mochi. Spring rolls are good and macarons were okay, nothing special.

First time and they did NOT disappoint! Very delicious and clean place. I will be coming back. The only thing I did not like was the coconut slushy. Did not taste like coconut rather like lemonade with rum. It was not my favorite. However, the manager (I believe) was very nice and understanding. She did allow us to pick a different flavor and we got it replaced with ease. Really appreciate this kind of service.
