Love the location, highly recommend finding a good carpool buddy. The after-camp care is helpful for us - and gives the kids some unstructured play time at the end of the day to decompress. We've been hosting Kong Academy's Parkour after-school enrichment class at our elementary school, and it has been wildly successful. As the after-school enrichment coordinator I love working with them because they are quick to respond to emails, and easy to work with. As a parent of a kid who did the after-school class I loved it because my kid had a great time playing games, but also they were very communicative about what they did every week - not something you see from most on-site after-school programs! All the instructors that we've had come to the school have been great and you can tell they genuinely love working with the kids.

My kid has participated in Kong Academy's after school program (on site at her NW Seattle public school) and has gone to two of their week-long summer day camps at Carkeek. She has had an outstanding time across the board - we're always impressed how Kong Academy incorporates social and emotional learning into themed activities that require teamwork and are just plain fun. Their summer camp in particular is exactly what summer camp should be, structured activities with peers led by engaged adults in a beautiful outdoor setting. The logistics of a daily schlep to Carkeek is a lot to coordinate, as the main camp is 9a-3p and aftercare only goes to 4:30p, and Carkeek is sadly only accessible by private vehicle, inconveniently long hike, or sufficiently adventurous e-bike. For us, it is worth the hassle (thanks friends who signed up the same week as us!!), and consistently our kid's very favorite summer day camp program.

Ninja Parkour Adventure Summer Camp was awesome! My 6 year old daughter loved it. We had one day where the drop off was very difficult (I think my daughter was very tired from the previous days of ninja training) and our counselor Brenna helped us through.
