I have shopped at the Kraken Team Store (confession time) probably way TOO much, lol, but they always have an amazing selection of quality items and the staff is always helpful and really nice. Once I bought an item online and it arrived different than I expected - because I didn't read the description carefully. Even though it was my error and it was on clearance AND it was outside the return window, Monica sent me a return label and refunded my money! I came here by transit looking for the mall and an officer kindly told me there was no mall, lol. You have to walk a little bit aways from the station to get to the rink and store, passing a Red Robin’s on the way. It’s a nice rink! The store was equally nice and has a Starbucks next to it for parents to chill as they watch their kids skate or practice hockey. I was buying for a friend, and there were some kind attendants in the store that helped me. I was trying to decide between a player shirt and Kraken logo shirt, and since the friend is a hockey fan with a favorite team elsewhere; they suggested I get the player shirt. She also told me how the anchor has the space needle on it. I thought that was super cool! I also bought a few pucks because I haven’t seen colored pucks and one of them had a the nice mascot woofer on it. It’s a nice store and had other items and paraphernalia the other store near the Climate Friendly arena didn’t, and it was much bigger.

My first time there and it was so cool. I didn't know it was where the kraken actually practiced! When I went out was open to the public and people were skating... I wish I had time to try it out... (My mom said I ice skates a few times pretty good when I was 3-4 so it must be easy be EZ, right? Lol... (Store was cool- even had a clearance rack... Ugh. Is this a team store or just a store that caters to a specific age? I was just at this location looking for a gift for 4t size(child). Out of the entire store, there's 1 t-shirt available and it wasn't even a kraken team shirt!!! So not cool! Why I would drive 50 minutes here, when i should've ordered online. Don't waste your time coming to this location
