I’m really disappointed with what I experienced this morning. I normally have a pretty good experience when I go to this Kroger. That is until I get to the self checkout. There’s an older black lady that seems to always be working the self checkout when I go. She hates doing her job. If you need her to come over to help for any reason she’s always either really aggressive and pushy, or she seems very annoyed that she’s having to do something. She always acts like you’re going to steal something. Today I had to put some items back because I didn’t have enough on my card which is already embarrassing. Well she rolled her eyes all the way in the back of her head, huffed and puffed, literally threw the items to the side, and completely ignored me the couple times I apologized for the inconvenience aka asking her to do her job. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a grocery store and it makes me reconsider whether or not to go back to this Kroger. I’m at least gonna now go to the actual checkout line instead of dealing with her. Kroger needs to speak with this employee and remind her what customer service is.

I was extremely impressed from the minute. I walked in the store and had difficulty locating some produce, and the young gentleman helped me. I wanted to apply for a Kroger card and Lynoa Not only walked me through the process, but came up to the cashier to inform her that I had just applied as I was checking out Being older, I’m not very technically savvy, and I really appreciated her going the extra mile for me Customer service like that is extremely rare these days

It's a standard grocery store with a wide selection of groceries. Having previously worked in the produce section of a grocery store, I believe they do a good job of rotating the produce. I mostly go at night, so usually the shelves are getting restocked, so it can look a little messy, but all the workers I have interacted with there are extremely nice, and mindful of my presence.

Lines going all the way to the frozen food. No cashiers. Prepare to spend an afternoon waiting for the single working checkout. Terrible produce section. Often can't find what I came for or the produce is already bad on the shelf. How can a grocery store not stock fruits and vegetables?

Extremely rude! All I’m doing is just picking up groceries for my mother and this worker who acts like a Karen tells me rudely “you gotta use the app when you arrive” I’ve been to this store many times to pickup groceries and never had a problem with them until today. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off getting groceries at bushes or plum market. Everyone’s saying it becoming a lot worse since Covid and I can see why.
