My friend currently lives at LL Hawkins. From my experience, the building and outside is well maintained. When I come to visit, I see the maintenance person Luke walking the community and cleaning not just the building but the entire block. It stands out, even with the new buildings that just opened. I’ve seen Luke and the other maintenance guy painting the walls, pressure washing the sidewalks and doing a lot of projects that I never see the maintenance guys at my place do. Who pressure washes the trash room? I can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, pleasant place to call home, I highly recommend LL Hawkins!

Madeline and Jose have been very professional, thorough, upfront and communicative throughout my whole leasing and move-in process. Move-in was a breeze. There was a loading dock we could back the truck into and a very large elevator reserved just for my use for 3 hours. The building is maintained very well. It's very comfortable and clean. I love my apartment- huge windows and nice finishes. I'm just getting started here but I love LL Hawkins and its management team. You can tell Madeline and Jose really care about their roles :)

Our apartment unit was absolutely beautiful and had an outstanding view of the hill; the neighbourhood was amazingly walkable, with several grocery stores (special mention to the wonderful New Seasons market across the street!), cafés, restaurants, pizza places and more at an arm's reach; and the management (specially José Morales) was always really accommodating. This community will be our number one go-to place if we ever go back to living in Portland, OR. We've only been away 6 months and already miss it dearly!
