Customer service and the atmosphere. We're great me and my family came to see fantastic 4 good space and in the theaters. The dine-in experiences a good idea. However, the cook was horrible and everything was good. Except the lemon pepper Wings and they were way overseasoned it was like they put a whole bottle of lemon pepper season 6 wings The cook has to do better but other than that we enjoyed ourselves and I'll give it a try again. I just won't get the wings next tiwe don't understand what I'm saying.

Went to watch The Naked Gun. I was really surprised with the poor service, poor quality of the food, and malfunctioning seats; I thought this was supposed to be nicer theater. The popcorn was stale and tasted old; It was lukewarm not hot/ at least warm. The soda tasted fine. The seat does not recline, so i could not raise my feet. The seats were soiled and covered in food, but thankfully i brought wipes with me. Overall for the price of the move ticket this theater is not worth it. I chose to come here over AMC today, since it had a dine-in option. But despite pressing the “request server” button, no one showed up, and I had to leave in between the movie to flag someone down regarding food items ordered. This movie theater is very low budget, low quality. I would recommend going elsewhere to watch a movie… or learn the costly way I did. ☹️

I had such an amazing time at Diamond Cinema in Brookhaven! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting and upscale. This is was worst movie experience I ever had in my life. The movie did not premiere on time. The manager announced that they were having tech issues and thanked us for our patience. The service was extremely slow. the food took forever to arrive, and when it did come out it was very cold. The movie itself was skipping and buffering, something that should never happen. I will never attend this movie theater. Ever.

Please do not go to this theater. There are many more in the Atlanta area. The service was terrible! We arrived early enough to order food and drinks before the movie started. When you order, you are given the options of 18, 20 or 22% gratuity. Fine. But if you’re going to automatically charge me gratuity i think the service should match. I really wanted to enjoy this dine-in movie theater experience, but it was a huge letdown. The wait times for food and drinks were ridiculous — it felt like half the movie was over before anything showed up. When the food finally arrived, it was dry, bland, and completely flavorless. For the price they charge, I expected something much better than what tasted like reheated cafeteria food. Drinks took just as long, and by the time they arrived, it didn’t even feel worth it. Terrible.
