One of my nails broke. They fixed it, the shape was wrong.. she put more acrylic to make the shape correct.. but now the nail is bigger! The tech said it’s because my nail bed is bigger.. she didn’t want to take the nail off and add another nail.. after I said I would pay .terrible customer service .. the picture with the $$ is my original nail!!! All the nails are the same shape. Poor customer service..

My partner and I were on a mini vacay to Raleigh, NC and decided to get mani/pedis. We both got pedicures and it was amazing and relaxing. The nail techs were super mindful of temperature and making sure we got everything we wanted. Only I got a manicure and the nail tech was super attentive to detail, friendly, and caring. We live in Virginia but might come to NC more often so we can visit again. Would definitely recommend to others!!

The lady who did my brows (excuse me for not knowing her name) was very patient and explained to me along the way with what she was doing considering it was my first time getting them waxed, she was gentle and worked to my face shape. She made me feel comfortable in her space. I definitely recommend her for your first time or just in general.
