Just not at all what I was hoping for. I read a ton of reviews beforehand and several people recommended Tom, but I am just pretty disappointed with the quality and look of the nails he did on me. Maybe he has not done much SNS? I’m not sure. The shaping was really bad and he did not do what I asked for. He also did not really allow me to voice my concern with what he was doing. I remember when he first cut my nail and I was like oh I want to keep them mostly the same length, he was like just a bit shorter is best don’t worry. I will attach pictures, but my nails are now a lot shorter and not the almond shape I asked for (and had before). He did not drill the nails (correctly), so there is like a line or ridge from the bottom to the top. They are uneven. I actually asked him to fix the length on one and shape because it was uneven and he was like what it’s uneven I don’t know! I was like um yes right there on this nail please shape it to match this nail (in person makes more sense than me typing it here). I travel frequently but have two or three people do my nails consistently so I am certainly aware of how they should be done and what works best for me. Overall, poor attention to detail and lack of skill.

The salon is clean and peaceful. I had to change my appointment due to an emergency and Tom was very accommodating. I came for dipping services and he did not disappoint. The freestyle nail art was impressive and he works quickly without compromising service. I’m from out of state and chose to come here based on the positive reviews. I’m going to recommend this salon to my Raleigh family

I’m new to the Raleigh area and found this new nail salon randomly. Everyone is super sweet and kind! On top of that, I adore Jennifer and Lucy! They always take care of me! I’ve been here twice now and will certainly be back every time! I come back every 3 weeks for a mani/pedi. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere and price is spot on! Very reasonably priced. They do what I ask and I’m super happy with how healthy my nails are looking even after 3 weeks! Totally recommend if you’re on the hunt for a new nail salon!!

I had a wonderful experience at Pro Nail Salon! Jennifer was so kind and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my deep powder nails…the shape, color, and finish were flawless. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. I would absolutely rate this place a 10/10. Highly recommend!

This nail salon was above and beyond. Ben did my fresh acrylic set and pedicure. It was such a relaxing environment. The manager Tom was very pleasant and funny. All of the staff are very skilled and friendly. Definitely coming back again! Update: My full set stayed on for 3 weeks! Nail polish did chip a little (due to work) but the acrylic base was very strong and I went back for a fill. For a fill, 4 designs, and 6 rhinestone nails the total was still exceptional! Thank you!
