We went to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow during July of 2025. The theater was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The theater doesn’t have bathrooms so you’ll have to exit the theater area to use the restroom across the lobby. It’s not a far walk to the bathroom but you will need tickets to reenter the theater. The hotel is beautiful. It’s close to Times Square and there’s a few parking garages nearby.

I saw Stranger Things there. Mind blowing. My first time seeing a Broadway show in a theatre that’s inside of a hotel. Great vibes. Staff were nice, ambience was nice, easy to get to, helpful staff and clearly labeled directions. Temperature was on point. Clean and great bathrooms.

Saw stranger things here. The show and venue are incredible. Alcohol Drinks very expensive though. Like 30+ dollars. But the experience was worth it. I sat orchestra 111r The almost perfect center of the theater and could see everything fine. The theater isn't huge so there really isn't a terrible seat in the house and the sound lights and immersion really bring you into the show.

Very fancy! Such a design on the place just the architecture and history behind it all. I was so excited to come here because I had heard that the most famous and important events have happened in this area of manhattan. The rockettes, The lion king, Wizard of Oz, Romeo and Juliet I mean the shear poetry and ambiance of the place just send shivers down my spine. I paid $95 for a backseat ticket to the exclusive “Stranger things” broadway show and might I say I have never been more impressed. I mean talk about a performance Wow! The actors themselves were very interesting as they took method acting all the way to which it seemed like I was watching a movie or a sit com to say the least. You know the laughing you hear from a live audience in comedy Tv shows when the characters say or do something funny? Well I felt apart of that whole shtick and it was a pretty hilarious experience. The stage effects were amazing down right video game style worthy with smoke, screening effects, lighting, strong bass sound effects, projections, scents everything I honestly felt so in depth with the plot of the story. 3 hours I thought was a long time for a showing but man was I glad to actually sit through the whole thing. There are also intermissions to take breaks to use the bathroom or to get snacks from the concession stand which is a tab bit expensive but you are in NY one of the most expensive cities in the world. There is also no video recording or photos once inside the theater so I couldn’t get any of the character performance. Tons of security so pretty safe and protected all around.
