I came here to get a flat fixed. It was on a Monday. The Trek store on 72nd St. was closed. Not only the people here were nice, respectful and courteous. But it was far less expensive to get my flat fixed here. Hands-down these people will have my business going forward bye-bye Trek store.

TLDR: Amazing bike shop and highly recommend for all things bike. Great mechanics and high quality, dependable service. My first experience with Master Bike Shop was when I was traveling to Colombia with my bike. The bike was my bike on my trainer, and I needed it tuned up, handle bar adjustment and a stem replacement. I needed it within a day, I called and spoke with the owner. He let me know that they were very busy and it would be tight but he would do what he could to help me out. Needless to say, he and the mechanics delivered, getting my bike serviced and done within a day and half, right in time for my trip. I have since been there several times with my tarmac SL8, staff and mechanics are friendly, very knowledgeable, and prices are super reasonable. I strongly recommend the bike shop really for all bikes, entry level to high end.
