Unique/tight knit/quiet community. VERY well constructed and maintained property. Not uncommon to have neighbors who've lived here for a decade or more, as well as the property Mgt. team w/nearly a (2) decade tenure. Its the place I am happy to call HOME, and neighbors whom I'm grateful to call friends. The only "grrrr" IMHO is the occasional "bad apple" tenant that attempts to circumvent/push the limits of common sense/respect of others which ultimately adversely affects everyone.

I first came to Mayfaire apartment homes and live here approximately 5 years until I had to move out of town for family reasons. Upon my return to Raleigh I was happy to be able to obtain apartment again at Mayfaire and have been back in this apartment for 7 years for a total 12 years of experience living in this apartment community. This apartment and community is manage extremely professionally and well. Nathalie, Judy and Broderick all very professional, friendly and work quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues that you may have. The grounds, apartment units are very well maintained and the area is a good area to live. I recommend choosing Mayfaire apartment homes whether it is for temporary housing or more long-term you cannot go wrong.

I love this complex! My apartment is beautiful and was very clean when I moved in. I've been here for over a year and have had only good experiences with the office and maintenance staff. They address any problems immediately and solve them quickly when they can be solved quickly. I had one problem that was addressed over time to my great satisfaction. The pool is a real gem and is well cared for. The exercise room is modest but has everything you need. The staffing is stable and very competent. You know who will be helping you when you need them. I haven't encountered any resident who has complained about Mayfaire. I recommend it!

I have had a great experience both in the single, unrenovated apartment I started with and now with the 2- bedroom, renovated apartment I share with a roommate. Maintenance is great and the office managers have helped me address a variety of situations promptly and effectively during my time here. They are really good about any communication around updates (to payments, vendors, systems, maintenance expectations, etc.) and it is clear that they really care for the residents and want them to have the best experience possible here. Highly recommend!
