If I could give higher than a 5 star I would! From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be the place for us. The apartments are spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location is ideal it is quiet and private, yet close to everything we want. I want to specifically shout out the leasing agent Kyshawn. From the moment we walked in he was very welcoming, incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. It’s clear they take great pride in providing a top-tier experience. Touring many apartments can be a hassle, but this community by far was one of the best we toured from Kyshawn alone. Highly, highly recommend!

I want to share our unfortunate experience of living in these apartments for a year. If you want cockroaches as your neighbors – then this is the place for you. These apartments are absolutely infested with them. Nothing helped! They even came to spray after we contacted them twice, but the roaches were still everywhere in the apartment. No matter how clean you keep your home, it won’t make a difference. There are also tons of large cockroaches outside in the evening – they’re everywhere and they get inside your home. This was the worst living experience we’ve ever had in any apartment. I also want to mention that everything is very old. In the winter, our heater broke multiple times during the coldest weeks! We had to survive using space heaters because they couldn’t fix it properly. Meanwhile, we paid insane electricity bills and were still freezing. They don’t clean the outdoor areas at all – there’s always trash and paper lying around. Many people smoke here! Our neighbor smoked right on the balcony, and all the smoke would come straight into our apartment. Not pleasant at all. Also, after we moved out, they sent our deposit check to the wrong address. I have no idea how that could even happen. I rarely leave reviews, especially like this one. But I couldn’t wait to move out of these apartments. You guys really need to work on pest control and cleanliness.

After 6 months of living here I can honestly say this is my favorite apartment complex in Raleigh that I’ve ever lived in. Kaya and Brittany in the office are extremely helpful with trying to solve any issues I have as well as the maintenance staff. Great location and pretty quiet given it’s so close to everything. Updated 3.17.2025 – My previous review is included below, but due to recent changes, I can’t recommend this property to renters – specifically as a Greystar managed property. Tana K. was not able to honor her assurances to me of a renewal rate with a 1-3% raise after the initial offer of 20%. Yes, I was offered my same unit for another year for 20% more because of their algorithm predicting high rental costs in May, the month of my renewal. Her best offer was 10%, with 0 added amenities or updates to the property scheduled. I was very disappointed in this response since I was aware of the 30+ currently vacant units. They do not prioritize keeping residents, but instead encourage turnover to allow renters to take up residence in their highest priced months instead. This impression was reinforced by the recent lawsuit against Greystar and 5 other large apartment management companies launched by the FTC. There are actually 2 currently pending lawsuits, 1 for undisclosed hidden fees to renters and another for collusion using a rent pricing algorithm to inflate rent prices. I will be moving out due to these very harmful policies and tactics. I don’t blame any of the employees, I have had positive experiences with them. Though, I am very disappointed in Tana K.’s dishonesty when assuring me of a more reasonable renewal price in person and the inability to follow that through. I did not receive this in writing at the time, which now I recognize as my mistake. This has been a happy community to stay in, and I will be moving to another great local community – one that encourages renters to renew with incentives, that is not managed by Greystar, and is not currently under a lawsuit by the FTC. To help other prospective renters – the management companies that are under investigation are: Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC, Blackstone’s LivCor LLC; Camden Property Trust; Cushman & Wakefield Inc, Pinnacle Property Management Services LLC, Willow Bridge Property Company LLC, and Cortland Management LLC. Updated 2.17.25 I've lived here for a year so far and have had a great experience. I just received my annual renewal and they issued a 20% increase. I set up a meeting with Tana K., the property manager, and she was very easy to talk to and was happy to decrease the that renewal rate, (currently waiting to see exactly what that cost will be) so I could continue as a resident. Friendly neighbors, semi-walkable to do errands, and backs up to lots of other renting communities for excellent space to walk your dog or get a run in! Pest control comes by when needed, I have seen the occasional roach but I think in NC they're unavoidable. My heat went out one cold night and within 20 minutes they set me up with space heaters and an appt to repair it in the morning.
