We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful views. Directly under the big chrome bean!! Ice was redone right before we went on. Decent sized. Had a coffee shop or something like it right next door. Has public restrooms available on site. Only complaint was a few members of our party were given skates w broken laces we had to get changed out. Besides that i would definitely recommend trying the rink out!!

I DO NOT recommend going during the Christmas tree lighting. I’ve been to New York City and the madness was worse than that. Full grown adults were pushing my child trying to get through crowds not caring at all, my 9 year old who doesn’t get scared was about in tears. After making it through the madness and getting out on the rink it was beautiful and amazing and the workers were so friendly! Awesome experience, just do not go before or right after the tree lighting. Wait until the crowd dies down

During the winter season : Quite Frankly Zamboni ice resurfacing times are the quickest here then at Maggie Daley Park Ice Skating Rink. They do have penguins with handlebars available for rental for Children. They also have music playing thru the loud sound speaker system. The ice skating rink is free to enter, otherwise there is a fee if you need to rent ice skates. So bring your own skates. 😊 but weather you bring your own skates or rent them, advance reservations are required and are available two weeks in advance. Ice skating is open from Mid November thru Mid March and rink is also chilled so it keeps the rink open during warm weather during winter. During the Summer months the space is turned into a Bar with tables and high chairs to sit at.
