We arrived early, had already completed the required boating license in advance, paid in full, and signed the agreement—all ahead of time. Despite following all their instructions, when we showed up, they told us there were no jet skis available and the next ones wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had an amazing time. Starting off the with customer service, it was absolutely perfect from check in to check out, VERY personable. We booked through Groupon and did not read the description properly and the gentleman (wish I got his name, the young French guy with short hair) explained how the Groupon is a 20% discount on any activities we would like to do, not just one. Mr. Ohio was our instructor, this man is beyond a vibe, he’s so personable that it felt like he was apart of our little vacay group. He took some bomb ass pictures/videos and knows our angles ladies!! If I ever go back to Miami, I will be going to them again.

This is for Jet-Skiing. No parking available, unless you pay. Workers didn't really seem as if they enjoyed their job. They were reluctant to host the session and were lackluster throughout. We were promised photos, didn't happen. The view is pretty boring. We booked an hour, but this isn't really what you pay for. You end up with 30 minutes on the water after going through all the T&Cs (slowly might I add). Only plus was that the jet-skis themselves were quite nice and modern. Not really worth it in my opinion, I'm sure there must be better options somewhere else in Miami as you don't see much and just go in circles.
