I am deeply frustrated with this company ! I applied for a grant and sent an email because my internet was working intermittently and I did not receive a feedback email confirming my submission. I called to find out the status of my application and found that I had been disqualified because my application was incomplete. When asked about why I wasn’t contacted or notified when they receive my email. I am told that they were waiting on me. How are you waiting on me when I am not notified what you are waiting for ? My email clearly stated that I had not received the submission feedback for my application and asked for them please confirm the submission. I realized this review will likely exclude me from further services for complaining publicly, but it was unprofessional and inconsiderate for not having replied to my email which caused to potentially miss opportunity.

Negative stars the Lyft program they have is garbage they won’t help you if your start time is before 8am and anytime on the weekend which is a lie they supposed to give you Lyft links so when your ready to go to work and leave you click the link and your ride will be on the way. I Will never call that pathetic place for anything in life I will be at work without they help. Stay away from this garbage.
