Excellent Customer service…. Julie was amazing very knowledgeable and experienced. From the moment she welcomed me to the store and did the measurements and shoe trial was patient. Came to Milestone after what was going to be a long wait with unfriendly staff at Road Runner Sports. Ended up having the best experience and walked out with 3 pairs of shoes! Julie, who helped us, was so nice and knowledgeable! We were looking for a replacement since Hoka discontinued the Mach 5 and Julie was able to share comparable options and knew the ins and outs of the shoe designs. So glad we found this store and will absolutely be returning!

I went into Milestone Running in North Park shortly before closing to see how they assess people for shoes. I explained that I’m very new to running and wanted a good pair of shoes. I explained I had gone to roadrunner sports and felt like it was not a good assessment. Nathan was kind and explained to me the process of their assessment. Since they would be closing soon, I offered to come back the next day. Nathan was very nice and said it wouldn’t take very long to do the assessment. Measuring my foot, I found out my running shoe size should be a little bigger than I have been wearing. He watched me run a short distance out front of the store. I was brought 5-6 different pairs of sneakers across different brands/sizes for me to try and he was very patient with my pickiness. I would highly recommend going to milestone running any day, especially since the people who work there are avid runners as well, have tried all the shoes and are very knowledgeable.
