Needed a place to host a surprise birthday party for 100+ attendees. I remember FEMX from a previous event I attended. Working with Noe was seamless, and had the event on 10/12 with everyone liking the spot. Noe was easy to work with, reserving and payment done online, email and text and on your time, so you feel you are in control of your event. The site offers the space, Bluetooth access to a projector and steaming music. I had 2 bartenders, a DJ, Boba drink cart and over 100 guests with no issues. Location is great and no issues with neighbors or other businesses.

The Venue was perfect for the amount of guests we had for my daughters quinceañera. Having a small kitchen at the venue was so convenient, making it easy to prep and serve food and drinks.
