Washtenaw outreach is a very amateur and regressive organization. they ignored me when I needed tents and sleeping bags after the house closed so I have to go back to Delonis which probably won't have any sleeping bags or tents. if the way you treat the homeless population is indicative of the character of a local area then Ann Arbor is going straight to hell.
