After 2 years of membership here, I highly recommend the community membership at Morning Ceramics. The studio runs so smoothly and is well organized, facilities are spacious and well equipped, and they are fastidious about keeping it clean and safe from clay dust. The techs and instructors are a wealth of knowledge, and the whole community is kind, welcoming, and open about sharing tips and encouraging each other. It's also peace of mind knowing my items would be expertly fired every time. The classes there are also great!

Love this studio. Took a class that my kids got me for Mother’s Day and I was surprised bc I never threw a pot in my life. Turned out, I Loved it. After the class was over, I Joined the community as a member and enjoyed being able to go off- hours 24/7 with the door system. Studio is clean, they have every conceivable thing you could need or want. Every tool, you can ask experts- it’s wonderful. I would highly recommend. And the pictures I’m posting, you need to know I’m an amateur and I just started.

Great way to be humbled by clay and uplifted by the gifted instructors at morning ceramics. It feels good to make something that will last a lifetime - even beginner pieces have an artistic beauty. I’ve done the class a couple times - once as a couples activity and the second time as a group activity with work colleagues. Everyone loved it.

We visited Morning Ceramics Studio in May 2024 during a brief weekend trip to Portland and it was the highlight of our trip. Our Wheel 101 workshop was led by Jen who was hilarious and super knowledgeable and very personable. The staff and members of the studio were all friendly and happy to help, and the space was clean and attractive. We learned a lot, made a mess, and had a great time. I couldn't think of a better way to spend an afternoon.
