I have never written a bad review for any store or company or any place I’ve been. That’s because I’ve never had an experience this bad before. I called ahead of time to schedule A builder gel appointment for my real nails. I called a bunch of other places in Ann Arbor and they were the only ones who said they do builder gel. I also asked for a Pedicure. My appointment was at four and I did not leave till around eight pm. We started with a pedicure and the lady that did my nails cut my second toe so bad near the cuticle and kept putting oils and cuticle remover oil and a bunch of things. I have never written a bad review before, but this was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled a builder gel appointment and pedicure. During the pedicure, the technician cut my toe badly near the cuticle and continued applying products even though I repeatedly told her it was burning. The receptionist had to step in and did my French polish, but applied alcohol directly over the cut which caused severe pain. When I moved to the builder gel, the receptionist himself did my nails even though he wasn’t working on anyone else. He drilled my nails paper-thin, painfully pried off gel with another fake nail, and even scraped builder gel off with his own nail instead of a tool. I made it clear multiple times that it hurt, but he insisted it was “protocol.” I was left with sore, fragile nails. The situation was so upsetting I ended up crying at the front desk. Instead of apologizing, staff denied what happened and made excuses. After waiting again, another tech finished my nails with acrylic overlay, but I was still charged $140 plus 10 dollar tip. No discount, no apology, and I wasn’t even given the same promotions (the ability to spin the wheel) other customers received. I called ahead made an appointment for shellac manicure and pedicure arrived at 4:30 did not leave till 8:10. I previously had on gel x on my nails and had my nails were quite long and shellac on my toes. They tried to sell me on the dip powder or the gel x several times. My right hand was done first and I said cut a bit of my nails for the entire thing to be cut short. The gentleman did not want to get up and get a nude or white color as I had shown in the inspo picture for four finger that were to be French. Instead used a broken nail polish. When I mentioned several times that it's bumpy I was told my natural nails is bumpy it's not a fake nail. 3.5 hours later I just want to leave I was not given any option on you but 20-22-25%. I would rather have not paid altogether. I went back the next day asking for the situation to be addressed and I was disregarded. I know first hand how important reviews impact business and gave them the benefit of the doubt to correct however they were not friendly especially the girl running the operations I believe Hannah. So unfortunately I am left with no choice but to write about my horrible experience. She went as far as telling me because we just removed the nail polish so doing it immediately after causes the bumpy nails. I responded for someone that has never done their nails sure your lies may work on someone else. Not someone that gets their nails done always. I will never go here again and would not recommend them to anyone.

First time here and I was thoroughly impressed! The services were professional, friendly, and peaceful. Ben, Jean, and Hannah are truly the best at what they do. I had a pedicure, a fill-in with a relaxing hand massage, and my eyebrows arched — everything was beautifully done. The prices were very affordable as well. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to everyone!
