First time buying in this store we decided to buy here because of the ease of filling our water bottles and other things that we couldn't find but the bad thing was that I almost fell I had an accident where I slipped and I'm a big man and thanks to what happened to me this morning my foot hurts my shoulder my back and my shoulder how good that there was a video camera above the water machine I went with an employee and told him what happened to me and please clean the water from the floor and put a wet floor caution ad I hope I haven't been hurt if I'm still doing it I'll visit a doctor 😞

I’ve been shopping at the north Lamar store for over a decade now. Love the products and usually the customer service is stellar. Except last night I was checked out by Adam. He was uninterested, seemed preoccupied, and was kinda rude. He pointed to the boxes told me to get one if I wanted it, made me to grab it and didn’t offer to box my stuff. I was taken back by his attitude and lack of customer service that I didn’t even enter my NPower rewards or was asked about my coupons. When I inquired about why my savings weren’t applied he said he didn’t know and was so eager to lock the door behind us. I get that the store was closing, I get workers want to go home at the end of a long shift. What I don’t get is being made felt like we were getting kicked out or a bother for being patrons at the store. Maybe being up in the front checking folks out isn’t the right place for him if he doesn’t like to interact with humans.

I like this store because they have many items I like and all produce here is organic. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they do have good sales sometimes. Sometimes products are not always available but I will usually find they'll get it in that week.
