Good to know that's how the loving Nex views military members, they won't accept refunds just because the box was opened even when it's brand new and bought less than a day ago. waste of $300. To top it off one of the staff was rude and when I called them out on their behavior they shrunk into their shell and awkwardly mumbled and argued to herself for the majority of the time I was trying to get refunded.
