She's assembled what you need to create in felt - needles from Japan, gorgeous (and I mean gorgeous) wool in amazing colors, and inspirational kits when you just need to make an otter for your son's dorm room. It's cozy corners like this in locally owned shops like Zuckercreme that are the cornerstone of our neighborhoods and city. Knowing that LeBrie (the owner) sources quality materials makes it worth driving across town to buy and support small businesses. I feel good supporting her and in return I feel like the crafts I make mean more. ****Update - I'm still felting and recently purchased one of the PenFelt kits to make strawberries for a berry-themed birthday party. The supplies are all first quality and the instruction via a YouTube video was spot-on.

It's great to be able to get just the right amount and color of felt you need, pick up some fresh needles, and leave with a yummy treat from Zuckercreme which is also a great place to find other local artist treasures! Shop local! Also if you haven't taken a class from LeBrie, I highly recommend! Felt Club is a great place to connect with other felters.

This is the perfect place to drop by for in-person wool shopping for needle felting projects!! I love that you can see all the colors in person, and literally grab as much or as little you need (it's priced by the ounce). There's also a nice curation of felting needles, and other tools you can't easily find in-person, plus needle felting kits and info for signing up for classes. I always love visiting Zuckercreme - it's nice knowing you're supporting a locally owned cafe, as well as local artists who have displays there.
