Went on an amazing "Secrets of TriBeCa" tour with tourguide and TriBeCa local Gardiner Comfort. My daughter (college age) and I had a great time learning the ins and outs of a neighborhood we thought we knew! Gardiner's engaging storytelling, clear plan that walked us all through the area old and new, and interactions with community members while including our small group while we walked were worth every penny. We'll be following his @nativenewyorkertours on InstaGram and joining his future New York Adventure Club walking tours whenever possible - a really great way to show visiting friends around our city!

The New York Adventure Club gives me opportunities to find new places to visit and new ways to visit places I know. My favorites are toting the Czech center on NYC, after hours tour of the Frick where I was able to bowl in the basement, the vertical tour of St John the Divine and the tour of the Woolworth building. The tours are informative, fun and you meet people with similar interest. All for a reasonable price.

Though we can’t currently travel, I’m glad to see New York Adventure Club offer their interesting and unique “tours” online via webinars! They’re affordable and a great way to learn about the history, culture and behind-the-scenes knowledge of the city. I also enjoyed connecting with the other attendees in the side chat and that we could ask questions to the guide and group moderator who made it easy to understand everything. They have a rich variety of offerings so definitely sign up for the newsletter to keep up to date :) Looking forward to joining an in-person one when it’s possible!

We haven't done any of their in-person tours but have seen a lot of their virtual ones. They have almost all been very interesting and extremely well done. Most are about history or art and most are done by professional tour guides. The majority are about the New York area, but a number have also been about London or other places. It's also convenient that if you don't watch a tour live you have another week to stream it whenever you want. Each one costs only $10 and they are well worth the time and cost.
