We’re big HOKA fans, and this store did not disappoint when it came to service. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about the brand and products. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and inviting. While we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for due to a limited selection of wide sizes, the team did their best to assist us and offered helpful suggestions. Still a great stop for HOKA lovers—just keep in mind that the in-store selection may vary, especially for specialty sizes.

Hoka: Unacceptable Quality and Disappointing Customer Care As a new Hoka customer, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their product and the apparent lack of care for new clientele. This will undoubtedly be my first and last Hoka purchase. I've owned these shoes for less than a year, and it's completely unacceptable that they're already tearing and falling apart. For the premium price Hoka charges, you'd expect top-tier quality in both design and materials. This experience has proven otherwise. It's a basic business principle that keeping existing customers is more cost-effective than acquiring new ones. By delivering such a subpar product and seemingly neglecting new customer satisfaction, Hoka has not only lost me as a customer but will likely lose others.

Not com I’m back to the store. The guy with blue hair had such an attitude while I was trying to find shoes that I felt uncomfortable. The way he was answering my questions made me very uncomfortable as if I was bothering him. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there, and I left feeling disappointed and not going back. The store is in a nice location, but it has very limited options. If you’re not happy at your job, quit and find something better. Don’t give attitude to customers who are trying to be nice and find a nice pair of shoes.

Thank you to Cerai, Unfortunately they didnt have the shoes in my size but she showed me how to get them on the site and if I wanted to come back to the store what day would be best to return. She was extremely knowledgeable and we went through a few pairs until we found the right ones. I already ordered online but I will be back thanks to her attentiveness and willingness to help. Might I mention I walked into the store while it was busy and she was still nice.
