Trey at Union Square offered expert advice. He was patient, we conducted a proper fitting and i chose the shoe he recommended and am so pleased. Walking is as effortless and supported as can be and the shoes he helped advise me on are a perfect fit. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable and will steer anyone that needs medical support in the perfect direction. When i was there many pro athletes also came in for his direction. Ella, the person who helped me was so SWEET and helped me find the right shoes for me and my lifestyle. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything, but had options for me to try. I would give it five stars but NO AC DURING THE SUMMER ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? It was hotter in the store than outside! Management, do better for your customers and employees because it was unbearable in there. Just fans on are you serious?? Can’t believe you had your employees in there working their shifts. Logan did an awesome job helping me out with shoe recommendations along with the foot scan analysis. It was a bit busy when I stopped in after work so I asked someone to get added to a waitlist - while it said it might take 100min+ it was actually less than a 10 minute wait. Afterwards we went through the foot scan analysis in detail and I tried on a few different shoes from different brands. My feet are pretty wide (4E) and unfortunately they didn't have many in that width, but they did have plenty of 2E in brands that run a bit wider. I appreciate as well that I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase on the spot and he also gave me a few other shoe model recommendations to do some further research. Great service and would definitely recommend this location.
