NYRR website is terrible. You can’t find the calendars, difficult to register for races, and overall experience is surprisingly the worst of any run/race website. It’s incredible to believe how bad this site is considering its NYRR.

I came to pickup bag/shirt/number for a race and I must say that things could have been done better. As soon as you walk in you are on the line but they don't communicate what you get at each station and what you need. Though signs are up, they can be confusing. It's important for them to know that some people are newbies and are not aware of the process and what is needed in a race. Aside from this the process was painless and quick.

This is a place to pick up race bib and race shirt and other race materials before race day. Before you line up, make sure to have your race confirmation email along with bar code. Have a great race.

They've gotten me hooked, and I've gone from a 5K two years ago, to now 2 half marathons and a full marathon under my belt. They support some great initiatives.

They should have a very centralized pick up location. Not every member of the NYRR's lives on the Upper Westside. Why not near Union Square!!
