Love that they have lockers for the public to use. They have a TON of smaller ones where you have to bring your own lock, and 11 slightly larger lockers with a digital lock (16”x16”x16” is my guess). I used the digital lock one and it fit my laptop (15” MacBook Air) and backpack. They don’t allow you to use the lockers overnight but unsure exactly what happens. Staff is very friendly. They have a ton of shoes, clothes, gels, and Theraguns for sale.

Walked in the store on a Sunday afternoon and benefited from a personalized and fast service. The sales lady analyzed my feet with a computer system which gave me a very detailed image of what my feet look like. I even got the results sent to me by email! I bought the running shoes I wanted after trying three pairs in no time. I appreciated that there was a wide variety running shoes with my size 11 (the analysis showed I needed 11, not 10)! Game changer and eye opener!

Visited NYC from Uk, Called into fleet feet on the off chance looking for some new trainers more for smart occasions not really knowing what to expect, with having running as a hobby I couldn’t resist buying a pair with all the choice they had; they have a massive selection of shoes and other great accessories and apparel. Got a scan of my feet done by I think a lad called David? (Please correct me if I got his name wrong) So helpful he picked out the perfect shoe for me and my foot style Thanks again 🙏

The folks at Fleet Feet Columbus Circle are fantastic! They helped me find the right fit with their tech and scanner, which is huge because I have foot issues. Calvin was wonderful and not only gave me different brands & color choices to try on but also advice for choosing the right one. As a beginning runner, shoes are an investment I took seriously and wouldn’t trust anyone but Fleet Feet with the task. I’ll definitely be back.
