We bought a brand new Stihl HT 135 pole saw at Northern Tool at the 804 E. Braker Ln, Austin, TX 78753 location. Elisandro went out of his way to make sure we got the right one and that it worked properly although it was already closing time. The associates behind the counter were quick, efficient and helpful as well. All these guys deserve recognition as well as the individual who had the good business sense to hire them! Sure. Here’s a direct, no-nonsense review you can This store claims to do chainsaw repairs, but when I showed up with mine, they casually told me they no longer have a repair person. No sign, no warning, nothing on their website. Just a shrug and a “we don’t do that anymore.” If you’re going to advertise a service, offer the service. Otherwise, you’re just wasting people’s time. I won’t be back.

Just left here. Contractor trash bags that i buy at Home depot for $28 are $48 dollars here. When I took it to the register to double check they were very rude about it and told me to go buy it somewhere else. I wasn't rude at all, just asked them if that price was correct.
