The teriyaki is respectable and they serve up these dishes with a machine like efficiency and friendly but brisk service. They do the basics right, which is what you hope for in a teriyaki joint. I want some char on the chicken and the sauce not overly sweet and starved, and theirs hits the spot. These are downtown teriyaki prices and tip expectations, so it’s $22 per person total for lunch which is crazy but hey I’m happy to support local when I can afford it. Chicken and gyoza combo best bang for my buck so far.
