This was a wonderful venue to see artists. They have their security very in line and safe. The venue offers a bar both upstairs and down, and a very beautiful outdoor patio that you can access from inside the venue. I especially liked the options of standing on the balcony above or the floor below. Everything is general admission. Lots of open space and I love the close feel you get to the artist. Every viewing space is pretty optimal. Attached are some photos from the Rebecca Black concert in April 2025 for reference.

Very clean and well designed space. I wish the concert was in the summer so we could also use the I outdoor space but it was a great experience. There was plenty street parking even after coming late, the coat check was super affordable and well run. No complaints here

Saw L.S Dunes here back in April. Very clean bathrooms and bar area. The outside waiting area is so cute and has a bunch of seating. Tickets are cheap, and concerts are always available

For a new venue, I'm impressed with outset and believe there's a ton of potential once they've matured. Pros: Easy to find free parking Great size Great sound Security was respectful and alert Cons: Merch table, 2nd floor bar, and bathroom areas get very congested Drink selection was very limited and $$$ Advertised show time seemed unclear (missed an opening act, would like to see a doors/show start time) Overall I can't wait to see this venue mature so I can update this review to 5/5. I would not hesitate to see another show here.
