BEWARE. We also had our catalytic converter cut out of our SUV. Parked overnight April 8th 2025. Not worth it. So annoying. Pay for somewhere more secure.

Whatever you do.. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Our catalytic converter was stolen almost immediately after we parked. We were given such a run around from the cop in the open area to then the “security office” and then the “management office.” They kept seeming like they wound help us saying, “Oh, go to security and write out a statement… go to management… oh the manager is on lunch… (we come back) he’s still not here you can call him.” The manager told us we at least would get refunded our ticket. We come by in the morning and the “manager lady” says there’s no way to refund it. Such a joke and a waste of our time. The security office showed us their cameras and they can barely see anything. We parked right next to the elevators so we thought that would be safe because of foot traffic. We thought this trip would be a fun semi vacation from our 1 and 3 year old and instead it’s over a $2000 bill for towing and a new catalytic converter… please don’t be dumb like us and park here!!! Some employees acted like it happens all the time (because it definitely does, there is no security) and others like it rarely happens but obviously they were just protecting the business. Totally ruined our first trip without kids for 2 nights. There is no security at this parking garage. Please don’t park here. (My husband and I also traveled Asia and North America for 6 years before we had kids so we’re very aware of our surrounds)

WARNING REVIEW: DO NOT PARK HERE! As you will read from other reviews about the same subject, we got "blessed" by having our catalytic converter stolen inside of a secure and paid parking garage. It seems that this issue is going on for quite some time at this location without much of a concern. Scam or not, clearly something doesn't feel quite right, right? No security guard or company staff to offer any support or records on site. Anyway, the police report part is checked, with all the proof needed, in case they may think that everyone is oblivious of their surroundings 🤫. And for you LOWLIFE, not to worry, I am sure life will take good care of you!

The garage inside of Pacific Place is a popular place to park due to its proximity to downtown and the chance to get parking validated by purchases at stores nearby like Nordstrom. It's kind of hard to get into here, due to traffic downtown as well as the sharp turns and curves inside. Prices are expensive, as expected, but security is constantly walking or driving around. Getting out of the garage usually takes at least two elevator trips and Pacific Place is a ghost town now, so it's mostly people parking here. It's a pain to leave here too, with traffic being the worst to even pull onto 6th. If you have a chance to park somewhere else, do it to save some money and headaches unless you're buying stuff to get a validated ticket.

good location. People at Pacific Place were helpful about finding my way around. The only real difficulty I had was I was using a parking discount as part of going to see you back to the future at the Paramount . It seemed obvious what to do to use the validation at the pay to park kiosk but as I receive the finalized receipt the discount did not populate .
