Walked into the store. This young kid Carlos came up to me fitted the shit out of my feet. Really good kid. I told him how horrible his generation is. I’m only joking, but he’s a really good kid fitting me with a gray pair of Brooks. Unbelievable the new brooks that are out really really good. Great quality sneakers. I love this place but the best part about it is the customer service they hired the best people again ask for Carlos really good kid knows his sneakers and he knows how to analyze feet. Great service, plenty of staff that are approachable if you need help. Came to restring a racquet which was a seemly process and came early enough (around opening) to secure a same-day service. Few dollars cheaper than all the other options in NYC. Also, their balls, equipment, clothing are all fairly priced which as an online shopper I was happy to discover its better just to buy tennis stuff at the store!

I’ve been to paragon for sports all season long. The staff are really nice and help you with everything and tell you about their best deals and equipment. I’ve bought everything there from baseball gear hockey skates soccer balls and so much more. It is a little pricey but the quality and staff make up for it.
