This is literally the best gym in Portland! Alexa is such an amazing trainer and she cultivates a truly welcoming and accepting environment, especially for women. I’ve been attending her evening classes for a little over 6 months and they have literally been a game changer . My job can be very stressful and I can’t express how much these classes have helped me with that. I genuinely look forward to the workouts and wish I had started here sooner. Not only are her classes super affordable, but they’re for anyone, at any level. Her evening classes consists of all women at varying levels who are absolutely amazing and so supportive! I’ve never felt so comfortable working out in my life. Alexa is also so encouraging and never makes you feel bad for not knowing how to do a specific technique/exercise.
