Visited on a Saturday night while in town! We made a reservation for 11pm glad we did bc it was packed when we arrived. They have a two hour seating limit. Waited about 10 mins for our table. Tables are really close together. We were seated next to a party of maybe 5-6 but they were all in our space. And more people kept coming to their table as the night progressed.Once in we ordered drinks and hookah. The drinks were good definitely bar prices. The waitress was all over the place, again it was busy so we had to flag her down every-time we were ready for another round. Hookah was as expected. DJ was good and played a variety of hits which we appreciated. I will say that it was hot! No air circulation at all! I had to go outside a few times bc it was a big smoke ball inside. Good spot tho.

Just moved here from Atlanta. Been here once before and it was iffy because I told my server the hookah was pulling water up the hose and she put in a whole new order for a hookah so they tried to charge me for two when I went to close out. Today I went in and walked to the bar to ask where I could sit and the blonde woman stated anywhere to the left side of the bar. I’m by myself so I like to sit towards a corner so I can see everywhere. Sat at the corner table closest to the restrooms for about 30 minutes. No one ever came to take an order so I thought maybe I have to order everything at the bar this time. The same blonde woman then came over to my table and asked me to move to a more center table because they have a party coming in. Honestly, I wouldn’t have cared had I not already asked where to sit prior and if I had actually received any other service prior to this but for this to be the first thing anyone said to me after being seated for 30 minutes is crazy and it was practically empty. As someone who loves to have a great time and loves to ensure everyone around me has a great time whether I know them or not, it just rubbed me the wrong way. The same area she tried to move me to was the same size as the area I was already seated in so why did I have to inconvenience myself after making sure I asked prior to sitting anywhere.

Jamaica was great and so sweet. My only complaint is that coal refills are not free and you have to buy a repack. I don’t think it’s fair to make people pay for extra coals when they spend almost $40 on a hookah…that’s wild. I’m in town visiting but I will likely never return. The stars are based on the hookah, not Jamaica.
