I appreciate having a business that usually has the latest in cameras, lenses and equipment and who also provides classes for greater knowledge. And they will match and often beat other retailers. This could’ve gone so many ways, and I haven’t been in this store for nearly two years since my daughter was born. It’s always been super cool, clean, and well-organized! The Staff always knows what they’re doing and how to help. A lot of new staff since I was last year, but they treated me like it hadn’t been more than a week since my last visit. I also had my daughter (toddler) with me, and after being in the truck for a good part of the day, she just wanted to explore, and everyone was super patient with her doing that. The owner remembered my name even though it’d been as long as it had. I can honestly say if I could add a six-star review, I would! He and his staff genuinely care about the store and their customers. And that’s something that speaks volumes. This is the store to check out if you’re new to photography or a professional photographer passing through Utah; it’s a must-stop. They’ve always been good to me! If you’ve ever had a bad experience here. Give them a second chance, and you’ll be glad you did!

From the minute, I went into their location asking thousands of questions for months to the time that I bought my camera and after buying my camera with all my questions and help that they have given and provided has just been truly amazing! The staff are all super extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make it an Amazing visit to their store. Between the awesome location and absolutely beautiful showroom I was blown away the moment I walked into Pictureline, but all in all what won me over as a forever customer was the amazing customer service from Gabe. After not shooting for almost a decade I was apprehensive to talk about my needs in a camera that would fit my budget. I was set on an older Sony mirrorless body but Gabe was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable.
