Review for Portland Sports Girl – Downtown Portland We stopped by Portland Sports Girl on a gorgeous Saturday morning, and it was such a great little surprise. The sun was shining, people were out and about, and we ended up in this fun corner of downtown that just felt good to walk through. We decided to grab a little bite, and I’m so glad we did. Our waitress was fabulous—super sweet and really knowledgeable. She walked us through the different ciders and beers on tap, and everything else on the menu. You could tell she actually cared and enjoyed what she was doing. Our food came out quickly, and we were able to sit outside and soak up the sunshine. They’ve got umbrellas too, for those who want a little shade. The vibe was relaxed and friendly, and it honestly felt like the kind of place you could make a regular stop on your weekend walks. This was my first visit, but I’d bet it’s a pretty popular spot—good food, great service, and a prime spot for people-watching on a sunny day. I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped in for a quick break from walking. I had a non-alcoholic kolsch and we shared crab cakes. The place was small, eclectic, and fun. The beer was good, and the crab cakes were perfectly cooked & perfectly spiced. The service was fantastic.

Popped over on a Sunday afternoon and opted to sit inside as the masters was on. Was told to find a two top as I was alone and the server followed me right over with a menu. Ordered a local Pilsner which was icy cold and delicious. Went with the fish and chips as the fish was pacific cod. Very tasty and well done. Three nice pieces of fish and fries with a really good coleslaw. Big screen tv with the masters on and a few other screens with various sports. Outside looked very inviting as well as it was a beautiful day out there. Would definitely recommend. #stevensleavin

We were in town for a distant family member who was graduating from PSU and needed a place for lunch for a large group, this place was AWESOME! Smokers rejoice they let you smoke outside away from the entrance while enjoying your drinks and food. Food was great. Brian the server was amazing as it was super busy and he was on top of everything. Our only disappointment was oysters were not available on the half shelf, instead as a shooter with cocktail sauce applied. Would have preferred them naked with a squeeze of lemon only. Had a great lunch visit here with family members. Would go back again but we are not local.

We had an early Father’s Day dinner here today. Food was great and service was also good. Food arrived quickly and drinks were refilled promptly. Outside dining is dog friendly and there were several families with small children. There is a kid’s menu as well. The “Totchos” are awesome - a huge portion! We had a burger, grilled cheese and shrimp Louis. All were great tasting and fresh.
