A solid hotel in downtown Portland. The room was the right size, though there was not much storage space. Check in was friendly and parking in the structure was pretty easy even with our giant rental car. The bathroom was nicely done, but there was some odd leak after our shower where a lot of water would end up on the floor and it looked like it might have come from under the shower pan. Otherwise it was just fine.

The room and entire hotel once you went up the elevator smelled horribly of pinesol. We spent almost 300 for a king suite on the corner. We had no idea We would be on the 18th floor which was absolutely horrible. We didn't have any towels in our room at all and it took over 30 mins to get any. The front desk girl was nice but we had been traveling since 8 am. We needed a shower and to rest. By the time the towels came my husband had already used the robes in the closet to dry off. Room service was very minimal and nothing looked good so we didn't bother. If towels take 30 mins we wouldn't have had time to even eat. We ended up leaving. I wouldn't waste my money going there again, you can get a cheaper hotel, better service somewhere else. I felt like I was snorting pinesol the whole time we were there.
