This place feels too good to be true. I got a flat on the way to work this morning, walked my bike over here at lunchtime. They sold me a new inner tube, after which I was able to use one of their fully equipped bike repair stations to make the fix there and then at no additional charge. Plus they have expert mechanics on hand for advice and support as needed. Which was handy, because I inadvertently pulled my dynamo wires out of their socket when I released my wheel, and they were able to show me how to fix that too!

This place is amazing! The team here is so helpful. I love the concept of helping students learn how to work on their bikes and providing the tools to fix their mode of transportation.

Kincade hooked me up nice and was very knowledgeable

I went here to buy some spare tubes before doing a big tour, and despite the fact that I brought my bike in, they sold me the wrong size (two of them had to put their heads together to figure out what tubes I needed). Due to this, I ended up getting stranded in the middle of nowhere. Definitely skip this place and go to a real mechanic, these people have no idea what they're doing.

Got a bike from here yesterday. Just a wonderful staff! The bikes I looked at were sold at a lower price than the retailer/manufacturer price (possibly because it's a university bike shop). I test rode the bike at three occasions before purchasing it, and they made me feel welcome every single time!! PSU students, staff, and faculty get 15% off on all extras!
