Small but well stocked. They have a cool refrigerated Amazon pickup outside.

I used to go to this store all the time and now I avoid it completely. The staff is nice but they feel wildly understaffed, there's usually just one or two people doing checkout when I go. Sale prices posted often do match what rings up. The self check works poorly, and constantly requires intervention from staff. The vibe is that they're so dedicated to stopping theft that they don't care about an honest customer's experience and will just treat everyone like they're trying to steal. I even got bashed in the shins one time by a cart when the cart's anti theft breaks engaged at random. It feels bad to shop there, so I go elsewhere.

Why is there at least 2 security guards there? I've even seen 3 before, all just standing around talking! Is that necessary? Perhaps it is... I was shocked to see how many tents are up around Magnolia and Queen Anne Hill!?!! Crazy! What's happened to our beautiful city? It's depressing! As far as the store... typical QFC but on the smaller side and usually most items are always in stock, except for my fave treat (Coffee Hagen), which is never in stock! Parking lot is always open but it's slightly annoying that the spots are store so close together!

I was passing through and just left this QFC. The manager of the store was in the deli berating an employee for not understanding that he was supposed to be responsible for doing a certain task without being asked. A good manager will typically call you into the office and speak with you, letting you know what you did wrong and what you need to do to fix it. She was speaking loudly and condescendingly to an older gentleman as if she was raising her voice at a misbehaving child- all in front of all the customers and other employees. Regardless of the place or circumstances, adults in the workplace should not speak to each other in that manner.

Its fine. However, some of the workers here don't know their own return policy, apparently. Just in case anyone wasn't aware, QFC is owned by Kroger. You're allowed to return any Kroger store bought items to any of their stores with a receipt, digital or not. But despite doing just that before a few months ago, two of the older workers decided to fight me on that and say no over and over again, interrupting me every time I said anything. How kind truly 😒
