This is one of those stores that treats everyone equally...in the eyes of the staff it seems like they think everyone is there to steal something. Aside from the staff being hyper vigilant without being mildly helpful the other patrons are the more troubling interactions here. Seriously, never have I been cussed out and threatened by so many people while picking up a few groceries. The shelves were stocked though and they have the same affordable prices that you find at QFC so they get 3 stars for that

It's my first time shopping at the store. I am going to check out, I had picked out four donuts and you know properly added those on the self checkout lane. Since there are no lanes available with cashiers. I finish scanning my items. The computer has an issue with my order. So I wait for 5 minutes for someone to answer the "help is on the way" message that repeats itself continuously until someone appears. The woman comes and logs into the self checkout. Then she proceeds to tell me she needs to count my donuts. I am fine with it count away. However, I am not fine with after she counts the four donuts in the box she proceeds to start asking why this item (basically my entire basket is compromised and it's getting a full audit) isn't on the order. It was on the screen but she must have still been sleeping. After her questioning the 4th or 5th item I told her that if there's such an issue with my cart then I am perfectly fine to spend my money elsewhere. The two cashier/customer service ladies were very frosty. I am severely disappointed in this place. Krogers really going down the toilet fast!

This is a pretty solid store overall. Sometimes I have issues connecting to their app in the store so it makes getting digital coupon deals a pain, buy the cashiers usually help me out if there is an issue. I just have to watch the recietpt carefully, because food is so expensive. My orders add up so fast and I barely get enough, it's so hard to keep to a budget, so those digital deals really help. I hate it when I can't clip successfully when shopping. But... Clean, well stocked isles. Friendly employees. Good discounts on meat in the mornings. And they never hassle me about my service animal or my personal shopping cart, or treat me like I'm shoplifting.

They definitely have a huge problem with shoplifting. They make it clear that everyone is suspect. Went in just before close one self checkout open and a line of about 7 customers waiting. The person using the self checkout had a problem, and everyone had to wait. With no effort to open another checkout.

I was trying to find medicine for a sick child while out of town. I got there around 12: 55 and their hours are listed as open until 1:00 AM . The door and security gates opened when I got up to the door and the security said they were closed. I think I was just enough of a distraction that it made the very drunk or high person standing outside next to the door feel like he could sneak in. The security tried to stop him and I watched them push and yell at each other for a few seconds before I decided it wasn't a good place to be that time of night.
